Hector Gavilla, an Associate Real Estate Broker with Prudential Douglas Elliman, is among the top 1% of Realtors in his company. He has been awarded the President's Circle for continually obtaining high sales.
Hector teaches the new agent training classes offered to all new agents working in the 64 Prudential offices on Long Island. He enjoys mentoring new agents because he remembers feeling lost when he first started.
In an industry where more than 90% of the people quit within their first year, Hector has enjoyed tremendous success with selling homes even during a "buyers market." He credits this to confidence, positive thinking, his ability to find buyers, and his exceptional negotiating skills to get the best terms for his clients.
